Basic Bead Coupler

The Basic Bead Coupler is the matching add-on element for your Basic Bead and adds a subtle, high-quality accent to your EDC setup. It sits perfectly between the two flanks of the Basic Bead and extends its look with an additional layer of material or colour. This makes the coupler especially suitable if you want to personalise your bead even further.

The Basic Bead Coupler is available in Titanium, Brass, Copper, Ultem, Canvas Micarta in green, black and natural, as well as in the special material variants DSC® Zitanium, DSC® Titanium and DSC® Mokume. These DSC® materials are available in the Wild Damascus pattern and make each piece visually unique. DSC® Titanium is a titanium damascus made from several titanium alloys, DSC® Zitanium combines titanium and zirconium, while DSC® Mokume is made of bronze, brass and copper. We source these exotic materials directly from the traditional German company BalbachDamast; DSC® Zitanium, DSC® Titanium and DSC® Mokume are protected brand names of BalbachDamast.

It is manufactured Made in Germany near Hamburg.

The materials used may vary in colour and structure. Patina can develop depending on the material. Every product made from damascus material is visually unique; noticeable deviations from the photographed example products are possible. We ship our Micarta products untreated. For more intense colours, the surface can be treated with mineral oil. In addition, the material develops a natural patina through use. Due to the woven fabrics, no two Micarta products are identical; deviations in colour and structure are also possible.

Important: The coupler is designed as a complementary element and does not work without the Basic Bead.
