With the SAK Scales 91 mm Labyrinth you give your Swiss Army Knife a new character. The geometric pattern with its precise lines looks striking, clear and distinctive. It brings structure to the surface, creates a technical, characterful look and deliberately sets itself apart from classic standard scales. Especially if you are looking for SAK scales that visibly bring design, material and customisation together, this variant is an exciting choice.

The scales for Swiss Army Knives are made from titanium, titanium Rusty, titanium Dusk and brass. Depending on the material, the expression changes noticeably: titanium looks clear, technical and light, titanium Rusty brings a deliberately striking, lively surface, titanium Dusk appears restrained and dark, while brass develops its own patina over time and gives the knife noticeably more warmth. This lets you tune your knife visually and haptically very specifically to your taste.

The EDC pocket knife scales are designed for 91 mm Victorinox knives and available in versions with or without tool slots. If you want to keep using the classic additional tools, the version with tool slots is the right choice. At the same time, thanks to the three-hole pattern, the metal scales remain compatible with a wide selection of pocket clips – both from Daily Customs and from other manufacturers such as Emerson Knives, Steel Flame Jewelry or Benchmade. This considerably expands your options when building an individual setup.

These scales for Victorinox are also particularly interesting if you want to give an older, long-carried or inherited knife new life. Through material, weight, surface and design, a familiar pocket knife takes on a new presence and often a more personal meaning. That is exactly what makes custom scales so appealing to many: a useful everyday object becomes an EDC piece with its own character.

The scales are made in Germany with Daily Customs' typical standards for material, workmanship and fit. This gives you a high-quality way to visibly and noticeably upgrade your 91 mm Swiss Army Knife.

Installation on request

On request, we can mount the scales directly onto a new Victorinox pocket knife for you. This way you get your knife fully assembled and ready to use. Alternatively, you can bond the scales yourself with a two-component adhesive. With clean workmanship, this creates an everyday-capable bond.

Note: The materials used are natural products. Variations in colour and the possible formation of a patina cannot be avoided.

Warnings & safety information

These scales are accessories for Swiss Army pocket knives and are intended exclusively for the models specified in each case. An incorrect fit, damaged scales, unsuitable small parts or improper assembly can impair the safe handling of the knife.

Assembly and fit: Before assembly, check that the knife, scales and supplied small parts are clean, dry, undamaged and a proper fit. Scales that do not fit, are damaged or loosely fitted can come loose, slip or impair the stability of the handle.

Cut injuries during assembly: During assembly there is a risk of injury from the blade of the knife as well as from sharp edges on the knife or accessories. Put the knife down securely during assembly, keep blades and tools closed and avoid direct contact with the edge.

Adhesives: A suitable two-component adhesive is recommended for assembly. The safety and processing instructions of the adhesive manufacturer must be observed. Adhesive can irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes or trigger allergic reactions. Avoid skin and eye contact, do not inhale vapours and use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not load or use the scales until the adhesive has fully cured.

Loose or damaged handle: Loosely seated, damaged or cracked scales can impair control of the knife and lead to injury. Before use, check that the scales are firmly seated and undamaged. Do not continue to use damaged or loosely seated scales.

Use other than intended: Do not misuse, modify, overload the scales or use them on unsuitable knife models. Improper use can lead to material breakage, loss of control or injury.

Children and small parts: Not a toy. Keep away from children. Supplied screws and other small parts must likewise be kept away from children due to the possible risk of swallowing.

Note: This information does not replace the product-specific details, safety information and usage instructions of the respective manufacturer. Before use, observe all supplied information as well as the markings on the product, packaging and accompanying documents.
