The scales fit 91 mm pocket knives from Victorinox and open up many ways to specifically upgrade your setup. Whether as a subtle refinement for a new knife or as a personal reworking of a long-used companion: with these scales for Swiss Army Knives, your knife takes on a new presence in everyday life. Especially older or inherited models often gain noticeably in meaning this way. A practical tool becomes an object with a stronger personal connection.

The SAK scales are available in titanium, titanium Rusty, titanium Dusk, brass, copper, Canvas Micarta in green and natural Micarta in brown. This lets you tune your knife very specifically to your taste. Scales for Swiss Army Knives in titanium look particularly clear, rugged and modern. Titanium Dusk brings a matte, midnight-black appearance into play, while titanium Rusty offers a distinctive, characterful surface. Brass and copper develop their own character over time. Micarta feels warm, grippy and pleasantly natural and suits an EDC setup with an emphasised usage aesthetic particularly well.

Depending on the variant, the custom scales are available with or without tool slots and with or without a cross inlay. Tool slots let you keep using common tools in the familiar format. The interchangeable cross inlay additionally extends the configuration options and makes the scales even more individual. With the metal scales, the three-hole pattern also provides compatibility with many pocket clips from Daily Customs as well as with numerous solutions from other manufacturers, such as Emerson Knives, Steel Flame Jewelry or Benchmade.

The EDC pocket knife scales are made in Germany. This shows not only in the choice of materials but also in the cleanly executed construction and the precise finish.

Installation on request

On request, we can mount the scales directly onto a new Victorinox pocket knife for you. This way you get your knife ready-assembled and directly matched to your setup.

Notes: Our Micarta products are shipped untreated. For richer colours, the surface can be treated with mineral oil. The material also develops a natural patina through use. Due to the woven fabrics used, every scale is unique; variations in colour and structure are therefore normal.

Titanium, brass and copper are natural materials too. Here as well, variations in colour and the possible formation of a patina cannot be avoided.

When mounting the scales with 2K adhesive, take care with the pressure applied when using Micarta. Too much pressure can cause the knife's rivets to show through on the front of the material.
