The 91 mm SAK scales in the AK2 design bring the technical character of our AK2 knives to your Swiss Army Knife. The milled skeletonisation gives the Titanium scales depth, visually takes some of the weight out of the material and turns a classic 91 mm SAK into a far more distinctive EDC tool. The look stays technical and modern without appearing overloaded.

The scales are made from Titanium. The material is an ideal match for a high-quality everyday carry knife: it is stable, corrosion-resistant, pleasantly premium in the hand and brings a technical feel without being too dominant. Combined with the precise milling, you get scales that visibly upgrade your pocket knife while remaining suitable for everyday use.

The scales are designed for 91 mm SAKs and are particularly suited to customising your existing pocket knife or giving an older model a new, personal direction. With familiar knives in particular, this creates an exciting contrast: a proven tool base, high-quality Titanium scales and a clear Daily Customs character.

For fitting, we recommend bonding under even pressure with 2-component adhesive. When processed correctly, this creates a reliable, everyday-proof hold. On request, we can also fit the scales directly onto a new Swiss Army Knife for you. This way you get a fully assembled SAK that is ready to use straight away, with no assembly effort of your own.

Note:

Titanium is a material whose surface can change over time. Variations in colour and the possible formation of a patina therefore cannot be avoided.

Warnings & safety information

These scales are accessories for Swiss Army pocket knives and are intended exclusively for the models specified in each case. An incorrect fit, damaged scales, unsuitable small parts or improper assembly can impair the safe handling of the knife.

Assembly and fit: Before assembly, check that the knife, scales and supplied small parts are clean, dry, undamaged and a proper fit. Scales that do not fit, are damaged or loosely fitted can come loose, slip or impair the stability of the handle.

Cut injuries during assembly: During assembly there is a risk of injury from the blade of the knife as well as from sharp edges on the knife or accessories. Put the knife down securely during assembly, keep blades and tools closed and avoid direct contact with the edge.

Adhesives: A suitable two-component adhesive is recommended for assembly. The safety and processing instructions of the adhesive manufacturer must be observed. Adhesive can irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes or trigger allergic reactions. Avoid skin and eye contact, do not inhale vapours and use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not load or use the scales until the adhesive has fully cured.

Loose or damaged handle: Loosely seated, damaged or cracked scales can impair control of the knife and lead to injury. Before use, check that the scales are firmly seated and undamaged. Do not continue to use damaged or loosely seated scales.

Use other than intended: Do not misuse, modify, overload the scales or use them on unsuitable knife models. Improper use can lead to material breakage, loss of control or injury.

Children and small parts: Not a toy. Keep away from children. Supplied screws and other small parts must likewise be kept away from children due to the possible risk of swallowing.

Note: This information does not replace the product-specific details, safety information and usage instructions of the respective manufacturer. Before use, observe all supplied information as well as the markings on the product, packaging and accompanying documents.
