The Picknicker is a slim folding knife for anyone looking for an uncomplicated cutting tool for on the go, the kitchen and everyday use. The blade folds away and disappears safely into its own handle – which makes the knife compact to stow and quick to hand. Whether at a picnic, while travelling, camping or for small cutting jobs in between: the knife is light, practical and easy to take with you.

The basis is a Victorinox picnic knife. We swap the scales for custom titanium scales with a Stonewash finish and a topographic design. The scales we fit are made in Germany. This gives the knife a technical, graphic surface and a clear custom character, without losing its clear, practical core function.

The name Picknicker describes its area of use very directly. The knife is suited to snacks, fruit, bread rolls, vegetables and many small cutting tasks where you do not need a big knife but still want to work cleanly. As a folding knife it can be stowed compactly and safely and is quickly ready to use on the go.

The Picknicker is available either with a plain blade or a serrated edge. The plain blade is suited to controlled, clean cuts. The serrated edge is particularly practical for items with a firmer surface, for example bread, tomatoes or fruit skins.

The titanium scales with a Stonewash finish give the knife a technical, hard-wearing look. Small signs of use stand out less on the lively surface and suit the character of a knife that is meant to be used regularly. The topographic design additionally brings depth to the surface, while remaining pared-back and everyday-friendly.
