This keeps the knife in good condition over the long term.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith titanium and Micarta, slight variations in colour, structure and surface are typical of the materials. Micarta can develop a natural patina through use, skin contact and care.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs the scales are screwed on, moisture can get between the tang and the scale during intensive use.
